a) Payments to us:
Once the booking is confirmed from user, a standard booking amount for 10 % of the total quoted price of the transporter for that particular pick-up and delivery or Rs. 1000/-, whichever is higher, is to be paid by the user upfront and Transporter will initiate its services only when the booking amount has been paid by the user to us through online/RTGS/NEFT or any other electronic online gateway as the case may be.
After this a first Installment of 80% of remaining amount is to be paid before the date on which the pick-up of the goods is scheduled.
The full and final payment of the rest of the amount is to be paid by the user to us before delivery date of the goods.
User may also choose to pay full payment online at time of booking. In such a case, we will provide a unique code to the user which will be handed over to the transporter by the user at time of delivery. This unique code will mark completion of relocation services by transporter.
